This website is operated by Delta Cleaning (sole trader, ABN 83 303 026 478), referred to here as Delta, we or us. By using the site you agree to these terms. They cover the website only; cleaning services are governed by the written service agreement signed by each client.

Information on this site

The content describes the services we offer and how we work. It is general information, not a quote or an offer to provide services at a particular price. The line “Agreements start from $150 + GST per week.” describes where agreements start; the exact price for any site is set in writing after a walkthrough. We take care to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not promise that every page is free of mistakes at every moment.

Walkthrough requests and forms

Submitting a form asks us to contact you. It does not create an agreement for services. We aim to reply within 30 minutes during enquiry hours, Mon to Fri 7am to 6pm, and first thing the next business morning outside those hours. A walkthrough is free and without obligation on either side. Information you submit is handled under our privacy policy.

The service agreement

Cleaning services are provided only under a written service agreement that sets out the scope, the schedule, the price per visit, the initial term of 12 months and the rolling period that follows, the 30 day notice period after the initial term, invoicing on the agreed billing cycle, and the commitment to re-attend issues reported within 24 hours of a clean at no extra cost. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Client portal

The client portal is for current clients. Access details are issued to the client and must not be shared outside the client’s organisation. We may suspend access that is misused.

Copyright and brand

The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to Delta or are used with permission. You may print or save pages for your own reference and share links to them. You may not copy content for commercial use or present it as your own. The Delta Cleaning name and logo may not be used without written permission.

Links

Where we link to other websites, such as government or safety regulators, we do so because the content is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Liability for the website

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for cleaning services is dealt with in the service agreement and backed by $20 million public liability insurance.
