Privacy policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
Delta Cleaning (sole trader, ABN 83 303 026 478) takes the privacy of clients and visitors seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and the client portal, why we collect it, how it is stored and who can see it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Walkthrough and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, business or building name, suburb, the service you are interested in, approximate size and frequency, preferred contact time, any notes you add, any photos you attach, and if you tell us, when your current cleaning contract ends.
- Call-back form: your name and phone number.
- Free guide form: your name, work email address and business name.
- Technical information: the page the form was sent from and your browser type, used only to help us answer you and to stop spam.
Why we collect it
To call you back, arrange a walkthrough, prepare and send a written scope and price, send you the guide you asked for, and follow up once before a contract end date you have given us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form.
Who sees it
The owner of the business and the people who need it to do the work you have asked about. Form submissions are delivered by email to hello@deltacleaning.com.au and may also be stored in our operations system, the Delta Hub, which runs on reputable cloud infrastructure. Some service providers we use, such as email delivery and hosting, process the information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies by default. If we enable Google tag for measuring enquiries, it is configured so that advertising and analytics cookies are not written unless you consent, and only aggregated, cookieless measurements are collected otherwise. Form protection uses a hidden field and a timing check rather than a third-party CAPTCHA.
Keys, access and site information
For clients, information about site access such as key numbers and alarm codes is recorded against the site, restricted to the people assigned to it and never shared outside the business. Inspection scores, visit records and documents are available to the client through the client portal.
Storage, access and correction
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us not to contact you again. Email hello@deltacleaning.com.au or call 0412 844 238. If you believe we have mishandled your information and we cannot resolve it with you, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about this policy go to the owner, Jackson Jaillet, at hello@deltacleaning.com.au.
