From your first call to your first inspection report.
Four steps, all in writing. The owner walks the site, you get a scope and a fixed price, the cleaning runs on your schedule, and every site is inspected on a scored checklist you can see in your portal.

Inspections and your portal
Each site is inspected on a scored checklist. Scores, upcoming cleans, documents and requests live in your portal.
Every site
Walkthrough and compliance pack, before you sign anything.
We price after a walkthrough so the number is accurate, and we show you the compliance pack before you decide. Every site has an assigned team leader.
What happens at the walkthrough
- 1The owner walks every area with you, at a time that suits your site, usually within a few days of your call.
- 2He measures the areas, counts the wet areas and notes floors, fixtures and access, so the price is accurate.
- 3He explains how the scope, the scored inspections and the client portal work, with real examples.
- 4You get the written scope and a fixed price per visit in writing, usually within two business days.
What is in the compliance pack
- Certificate of currency: $20 million public liability insurance
- Workers' compensation (WorkCover) confirmation
- Safe work method statements for the tasks on your site
- Our policies, including safety and key handling
- Chemical safety data sheets for every product we use
- Confirmation that every cleaner on your site is police checked
How the work is checked
Most cleaning problems are small and repeated. A scored inspection catches them while they are small.
A scored checklist, not a glance
Each area on your site has its own items: floors, surfaces, wet areas, bins, touch points, glass. Every item is scored, and the site gets a total.
Done by the owner
The person who wrote your scope checks the work against it. He is looking for what the cleaner missed, not for reasons to be pleased.
Shared with you
The score and any notes go into your portal. You do not have to ask how things are going; you can see it.
Low scores become fixes
Anything below the standard is re-attended. Anything you report within 24 hours of a clean is fixed at no extra cost, as a term of the agreement.
Everything about your site, in one place you can open
- Upcoming cleans and the visit history for each site
- Inspection scores and notes
- Documents: certificate of currency, WorkCover confirmation, SWMS, safety data sheets, your scope and agreement
- Requests for extra work, with their status
- Issues you raise, tracked until they are closed

Before the first clean
How long does the walkthrough take?
About half an hour for a typical office or practice, longer for a large strata building or a site with several kinds of space. The owner walks every area with you, so bring whoever knows the site well.
How soon can cleaning start?
Usually within a week or two of the walkthrough, once the scope and price are agreed in writing and keys and access are sorted. If you have a contract ending on a set date, tell us and we will plan the start around it.
What if we want to change the scope later?
Tell the owner. Areas, tasks and frequency can be added or removed, and the change is priced and written into the scope before it starts, so the agreement always matches what is actually being done.
How long is the agreement and how do I end it?
The service agreement runs for an initial 12 months and then continues on a rolling basis. After the initial term either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. These terms are in the agreement you see before you sign.
