About this service
A GP clinic, a dental surgery or a specialist practice is cleaned under more scrutiny than any office. The practice manager has an infection-control plan, the accreditation file wants to see a cleaning schedule, and patients notice the waiting room floor and the bathroom before they notice anything else. Delta Cleaning looks after medical and dental practices across Brisbane with a routine that is written down, product by product and room by room.
We are cleaners, not clinicians, and we say so plainly. Sterilisation, instrument reprocessing and clinical waste are your domain. Our job is the environmental clean: floors, surfaces, touch points, waiting areas, bathrooms and staff rooms, done in the right order with the right products, after the last patient has left. We work to your practice's infection-control plan and supply the safety data sheets for every chemical we bring onto the site.
The practice is walked by the owner before it is priced, so the scope reflects your rooms, your sessions and your products, not a generic clinic template. A team leader is assigned, the work is inspected on a scored checklist, and the scores and documents sit in your client portal where an accreditation assessor can see them if you choose to share them.
- The owner calls you within 30 minutes, Mon to Fri 7am to 6pm
- Scored inspections, shared in your portal
- Issues reported within 24 hours fixed at no extra cost
- Every site has an assigned team leader.

What a practice clean covers, room by room
- Treatment and consulting rooms: floors, benches, sinks and high-touch surfaces cleaned in the agreed order
- Reception and waiting areas: chairs, counters, children's corners and magazines tidied, floors done every visit
- Patient and staff bathrooms cleaned and sanitised, with consumables restocked
- Door handles, light switches, chair arms, hand rails and reception glass wiped every visit
- Staff room and kitchen: benches, sink, fridge front, microwave and tables
- Hard floors mopped with the agreed product and carpeted areas vacuumed
- General waste removed; clinical and sharps waste left strictly to your contracted provider
- Bins relined and sanitiser or soap dispensers checked and reported if empty
- Glass entry doors and internal partitions spot cleaned
- Safety data sheets for every product supplied for your chemical register
Where a practice specifies products, for example a hospital-grade disinfectant for particular surfaces, we use them and provide the matching data sheets. Periodic work such as carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning and high dusting of vents is scheduled around sessions.
Practices we set up this way
General practice and medical centres
Multi-doctor clinics with several consulting rooms, a treatment room and a busy waiting area. Daily cleans after the last session, with the waiting room floor and bathrooms given the attention patients notice.
Dental practices
Surgeries with chairs, benches and suction equipment that need surfaces cleaned carefully around clinical items we do not touch. The routine is agreed with your practice manager and matches your infection-control plan.
Allied health and specialist rooms
Physio, podiatry, pathology collection rooms, imaging suites and specialist consulting rooms, often inside a larger medical building. We scope the rooms you lease and coordinate with the building's common area cleaning where needed.
Ask the owner to walk your practice with your infection-control plan in hand.

How we set up a clinical environment clean
A record an assessor can read
Your portal holds the cleaning schedule, past visits, inspection scores, the certificate of currency and the safety data sheets for the products used on site. Practice managers use it to answer the cleaning questions in an accreditation audit without hunting for paperwork.

Walkthrough with the practice manager
The owner walks every room with the person who owns the infection-control plan, notes the surfaces, the products you specify and the areas we must not touch, and writes the scope around your session times.
- 02
Products, data sheets and order of work
The routine fixes which product goes on which surface and the order rooms are cleaned, from cleaner areas to dirtier ones. Safety data sheets for each product are supplied for your register before the first visit.
- 03
The same people, after the last session
A team leader is assigned to the practice and the same police-checked cleaners attend, so they learn the rooms. Cleaning starts after the last patient leaves and finishes before the first session.
- 04
Scored inspection and records
The owner inspects the practice on a scored checklist. Scores, the schedule and the compliance documents are kept in your portal, ready for an accreditation visit. Anything missed is fixed within the 24 hour window at no extra cost.

Sectors we clean for
Medical and dental cleaning near you
A few of the suburbs where we already do this work. Every area page lists the full service set.
Do you follow our infection-control plan?
Yes. The scope is written around it: which products go on which surfaces, the order rooms are cleaned, and what we must not touch. If your plan specifies a particular disinfectant, we use it and supply the data sheet. We do not claim any clinical accreditation; we clean the environment to the plan you own.
Do you handle clinical waste or sharps?
No. Clinical and sharps waste stays with your contracted waste provider. We remove general waste and recycling, reline bins and report anything that looks out of place, such as a sharps container that is full.
What time do you clean a practice?
After the last session, which for most practices means evenings, or before the first session for early-opening clinics. Saturday clinics are cleaned after close. The times are agreed at the walkthrough and written into the scope.
Can you provide the safety data sheets for your products?
Yes, for every product we bring onto the site, as supplied by the manufacturer. They are part of the compliance pack shown at the walkthrough and are available in your portal for your chemical register.
How much does medical practice cleaning cost?
Agreements start from $150 + GST per week, and the exact price is set after the walkthrough. Practices usually need daily visits, and the number of rooms, bathrooms and the specified products decide the time per visit. You get one fixed price per visit in writing.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Yes. Every cleaner who works on a client site is police checked, and records are kept on file. Confirmation is part of the compliance pack.
