- Our policies, including safety and key handling
- Chemical safety data sheets for every product we use
- Confirmation that every cleaner on your site is police checked
What each one is, and why it matters to you.
Certificate of currency
$20 million public liability insurance. You see the certificate itself, with the insurer, the cover amount and the expiry date, not a line on a website.
Workers' compensation
WorkCover is in place for the people who work on your site. If someone is hurt on your premises, it is covered.
Safe work method statements
A SWMS for each task carried out on your site: floor care, working at height for high dusting, chemical handling and more. Written for the task, not copied from a template.
Policies
Our workplace health and safety, key and access, and incident reporting policies, so you know how the people on your site are expected to behave and what happens if something goes wrong.
Safety data sheets
A safety data sheet for every chemical product we bring onto your site, as supplied by the manufacturer. Important for medical and dental practices and for anyone with a chemical register.
Police checks
Confirmation that every cleaner working on your site is police checked. Records are kept on file for each person.
Every product, with its data sheet.
We bring our own equipment and chemicals. The products below are what goes onto your floors, benches and bathrooms, and a safety data sheet for each is available on request or from your portal.
[PRODUCT LIST: the chemical products used on client sites, one line each with the manufacturer and what it is used for. Safety data sheets are already stored in the Delta Hub compliance section; list the matching product names here.]
See how the data sheets fit a practice’s infection-control plan, how the pack is used at the walkthrough, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Data sheets are provided as supplied by the manufacturer. Request them by email at hello@deltacleaning.com.au or call 0412 844 238.

What you can hold us to, in writing.
Every item below is a term of the service agreement you sign, not a slogan. If we fall short, the agreement says what happens next.

Public liability cover on every site, with a certificate of currency available on request.
WorkCover in place
Workers' compensation cover is in place for everyone who works on your site.
Scored inspections, shared
Every site is inspected on a scored checklist and you see the result in your client portal.

A free walkthrough before any quote
The director walks the site with you first. No quote is ever given from a phone description.
Compliance questions, answered.
Can I download the certificates from the website?
No. Certificates are shown to you at the walkthrough and provided on request, so that the copy you hold is current. A certificate of currency on a website can be a year out of date. Clients can also download the current documents from the client portal at any time.
Do you use the chemicals I ask you to use?
Where a site has a product policy, for example a practice with an infection-control plan or a building with a chemical register, we work to it and supply the matching safety data sheets. Otherwise we use our own range and provide the data sheets for each product.
Who is responsible for safety on my site?
The owner is responsible for the safe work method statements and the policies, and for making sure the cleaners follow them. Every site has an assigned team leader. Incidents are reported to you the same day.
What if my insurer or landlord needs something specific?
Tell us what they need and we send it. Most requests are for the certificate of currency, confirmation of WorkCover and the SWMS for a specific task, all of which are part of the standard pack.
