What a standard office clean covers
- Bins emptied, liners replaced and recycling separated where the building provides for it
- Desks, meeting tables and reception counters wiped, with papers left where they are
- Kitchen benches, sinks, splashbacks and appliance fronts cleaned, dishwasher loaded or unloaded if agreed
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised: toilets, basins, mirrors, taps, partitions and floors
- Consumables restocked: toilet paper, hand towel and soap, supplied by us or by you
- Carpets vacuumed, including under desks and along edges, and hard floors mopped
- Glass doors, partitions and internal windows spot cleaned of fingerprints
- High-touch points wiped: door handles, light switches, lift buttons, phones and kitchen handles
- Entry mats shaken or vacuumed and the entrance left tidy for the morning

How much does office cleaning cost in Brisbane?
Agreements start from $150 + GST per week, and the exact price is set after a walkthrough. The number of wet areas, the floor types, the frequency and the access decide how long each visit takes, and you pay a fixed price per visit rather than an hourly rate. There is no charge for the walkthrough.
Do you clean offices after hours?
Yes. Most office cleans are done in the evening after close or early in the morning before staff arrive. Daytime visits are available where the office prefers them. The time is agreed at the walkthrough and written into the scope.
Who supplies toilet paper, hand towel and soap?
Either side can. We can supply consumables at an agreed price and restock them on every visit, or you can buy your own and we keep the dispensers filled. It is written into the scope so there is no confusion about who ordered what.
What happens if a desk or an area is missed?
