About this service
Most commercial premises are several buildings in one. A showroom needs its glass and floors presentable before the doors open, the workshop behind it needs a different approach to the same floor, and the office upstairs needs the kitchen and bathrooms done like any other office. Pricing all of that as one blob of square metres is how cleaning goes wrong. Delta Cleaning scopes each area on its own terms, then runs them as one agreement with one invoice.
We clean commercial premises across Brisbane and Moreton Bay, from a single trade counter to a business with sites on both sides of the river. The walkthrough is where the differences get written down: which floors are sealed and which are bare concrete, where the forklift traffic is, which doors can be opened after hours and which areas are off limits without a staff member present.
The service is run the same way as every other Delta service. The owner walks the site and writes the scope, a team leader is assigned, the work is inspected on a scored checklist, and the results sit in your client portal. When you need something extra, a one-off clean after a fit-out or a sweep before an open day, you request it in the portal and the owner calls back within 30 minutes.
- The owner calls you within 30 minutes, Mon to Fri 7am to 6pm
- Scored inspections, shared in your portal
- Issues reported within 24 hours fixed at no extra cost
- Every site has an assigned team leader.

What a commercial scope can cover, area by area
- Customer-facing areas: showroom floors, glass, counters and display surfaces cleaned before opening
- Offices within the premises: desks, kitchens, bathrooms and floors on the standard office routine
- Staff amenities: lunchrooms, lockers, change rooms and bathrooms used by shift workers
- Workshop and warehouse floors: sweeping, scrubbing or ride-on sweeping to suit the surface and traffic
- Trade counters and customer waiting areas wiped and tidied every visit
- Training rooms and meeting rooms reset after use, whiteboards cleaned, chairs straightened
- Bins and recycling emptied, including workshop waste where agreed and safe to handle
- External entrances, smoking areas and loading bays kept tidy, with periodic pressure washing
- Periodic work scheduled separately: carpet steam cleaning, strip and seal, high dusting, windows
- Site notes in the portal: lights out, leaks, damaged fittings, anything the owner should know
Areas with their own safety requirements, for example around racking, machinery or chemical storage, are covered by a safe work method statement written for that task and included in the compliance pack.
Premises we set up this way
Showrooms and trade premises
Kitchen, bathroom, flooring and automotive showrooms, trade counters and supply yards where customers see the floor and the glass first. We clean before opening and keep the workshop or store area to a separate, practical standard.
Warehouses with offices
The office and amenities get a regular clean; the warehouse floor gets sweeping or scrubbing on its own schedule, often with a ride-on sweeper for large areas. Racking aisles and loading docks are scoped with forklift movements in mind.
Multi-site businesses
Several locations under one agreement, each with its own scope and inspection scores in the same portal. One contact, one invoice, and the same standard whether the site is in Milton or Redcliffe.

How we scope a site with more than one kind of space
One portal for every area and every site
Upcoming cleans, past visits, inspection scores and documents for each location sit in the same client portal. A request for extra work, a one-off clean or a fix goes to the owner from the same place, and you can see its status until it is closed.
See how inspections work- 01
Walk every area, not just the office
The owner walks the showroom, the workshop, the amenities and the yard with you, noting surfaces, traffic, hazards and access. Each area gets its own tasks and frequency in the written scope.
- 02
Match the schedule to your hours
Customer-facing areas are cleaned before opening, offices after close, and workshop floors when the machinery is idle. The schedule is built around your operating hours, not ours.
- 03
Assign a team leader and the right equipment
A team leader is assigned to your site and the equipment is matched to the surfaces: scrubbers for sealed floors, a ride-on sweeper for large hard floors, the standard kit for offices.
- 04
Inspect, score and adjust
The owner inspects each area on a scored checklist and shares the result. If the workshop floor needs more than the scope allows, or the showroom needs less, the scope is adjusted in writing rather than quietly drifting.

Commercial cleaning near you
A few of the suburbs where we already do this work. Every area page lists the full service set.
Can you clean the office and the warehouse under one agreement?
Yes. That is the usual arrangement. Each area has its own tasks and frequency in the written scope, with one price per visit and one invoice. You are not paying office rates to sweep a warehouse or warehouse rates to clean a kitchen.
Do you work around forklifts, machinery and shift workers?
Yes. Workshop and warehouse floors are cleaned when the equipment is idle, usually outside production hours, and the safe work method statement for the task sets out how we work around racking and traffic. Staff amenities used by shift workers are scheduled between shifts where possible.
What does commercial cleaning cost?
Agreements start from $150 + GST per week, and the exact price is set after a walkthrough, because the mix of areas, surfaces and frequencies decides how long each visit takes. You get one fixed price per visit in writing, with periodic work itemised separately.
Can you handle a one-off clean after a fit-out or before an event?
Yes. Request it through the portal or call, and the owner will walk the area if it is outside the existing scope and price it in writing. Existing clients get the same 30 minute reply as any other request.
Are the cleaners insured to work in a workshop or warehouse?
Yes. Delta carries $20 million public liability insurance and has WorkCover in place, and each task has a safe work method statement. The certificates and the SWMS are in the compliance pack we show you before you sign.
